The course “Learn Chinese with Cooking” combines both Chinese language learning and cooking steps, including buying ingredients, actual cooking steps, and reviewing cooking-related Chinese vocabulary.

Following the instructions from the instructor, Miss Wu, and the chef, Miss Zhang, you will get to know the most practical, useful Chinese about cooking in 10 units, which are 10 selected common Taiwanese dishes.

這門課程希望能在10個單元中，讓學生從真實的料理過程中學會料理的食材名稱或是詞彙──像是蒜末、芹菜、煸、涼拌、汆燙……這些課本不常見，但是做菜時需要的詞彙。非常適合在臺灣的外籍學生、新住民、新移民，尤其是近期因為疫情的關係有許多不得不自己做菜的學生，當然也很適合海外的學生練習聽力與臺灣料理。
